Peer Leaders

Peer Leaders are carefully selected student-mentors who undergo intensive leadership training, giving them appropriate tools they’ll need to be valuable resources for incoming first years and new students. Their role as Peer Leaders allows them to offer important college-specific information to the students as well as advise them during this crucial and transitional period of their lives.

Each First-Year seminar—a group of no more than 16 students—is assigned one to two peer leaders who lead the group during orientation and keep in touch throughout the year.
